Outdoor Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Installation Tasks
- Install security systems, CCTV, alarm systems, smart home devices, and other electronic equipment at client locations.
- Ensure proper wiring, connection, and device functionality during installation.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of installed systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair any technical issues on-site.
- Replace faulty parts or components when necessary.

3. Testing & Commissioning
- Test systems after installation or repair to ensure proper operation.
- Configure and calibrate systems according to customer requirements.

4. Customer Service
- Communicate with clients during site visits to explain the work being done.
- Provide basic user training or guidance on system usage.
- Handle customer feedback and report issues to the office.

5. Reporting
- Document daily work activities, including job completion forms and service reports.
- Report problems or site conditions to the supervisor or project coordinator.

6. Site Readiness & Safety
- Ensure work is performed in a safe manner, following all safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the job site.

7. Mobility & Travel
- Travel to various locations as required by the job schedule.
- Be prepared to work in outdoor conditions, including high-rise buildings, housing areas, and commercial sites.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience.
- Must have own transport.
- Work independently

**Skils**:

- Strong troubleshooting skills, good communication, self-discipline, and a positive attitude.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Be knowledgeable about safety measures.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
