**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Portfolio Management**:

- Develop and implement tailored investment strategies to maximize returns within the defined risk framework.
- Regularly review and adjust portfolio allocations in response to market trends and opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day asset trading and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

**Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct detailed industry and company-specific research, including due diligence and channel checks.
- Build and maintain advanced financial models for company valuation and performance tracking.
- Report on economic, industry-specific, and market developments to inform investment decisions.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts, sales representatives, and research associates.
- Attend conferences and industry events to expand knowledge and networks.
- Support communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, delivering clear and insightful recommendations.

**Risk and Compliance**:

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with portfolio assets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and ethical standards.
- Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and excellence in all tasks.

**Innovation and Strategy**:

- Assist in creating and innovating unique investment strategies based on emerging trends.
- Participate in developing solutions that contribute to broader organizational goals, including sustainability and technological advancements.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track portfolio performance and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual updates, providing insights on risk, opportunities, and investment adjustments.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (CFA or MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, hedge funds, private equity, or a similar role.
- Advanced financial modeling and business analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and valuation methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools for research and modeling.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in managing client relationships and communicating complex concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of tax implications of investment decisions and portfolio adjustments.
