Bjak is focused on providing access to affordable and sustainable financial services for people in ASEAN. Headquartered in Malaysia, Bjak is the largest insurance portal in Southeast Asia. Our main portal helps millions find insurance policies with the best value and highest coverage. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Own the creative vision and direction for brand campaigns, digital assets, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to bring brand narratives to life through compelling visuals and messaging.
- Lead a team of designers, writers, and content creators to deliver high-impact creative work across platforms (digital, social, print, etc.).
- Translate campaign and business objectives into engaging creative concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
- Review and approve creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand strategy, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Guide the creative ideation process—from moodboards and storyboarding to final execution and post-campaign reviews.
- Manage creative workflows, timelines, and resources to balance speed, quality, and innovation.
- Collaborate with performance and analytics teams to understand what creative assets are performing well and iterate accordingly.
- Stay ahead of design, digital, and content trends to keep Bjak’s brand fresh, modern, and competitive.
**Requirements**:
- 4-6 years of experience in a creative or design-focused role, ideally within a digital or fast-paced brand/agency environment.
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong creative direction, visual storytelling, and campaign execution across channels.
- Deep understanding of branding, design systems, content strategy, and digital marketing principles.
- Proficient with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and familiar with asset production workflows.
- Experience leading and mentoring creative teams; able to give clear feedback and inspire great work.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with speed and clarity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable selling ideas and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment.
