Job Responsibilities
- Write well designated, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Proficiency in WordPress.
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site.
- Responsible to create new ideas and creative graphic design that support the company's brand, marketing, products, and web graphic.
- Build web interfaces using current tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Maintain all websites and web systems interface and updating of content.
- Basic graphic design.
- Provide the first level of support for IT operations including IT systems and equipment in the Company.
- Deliver quality response service on a daily basis and ensure that any issues are logged and prioritized and resolved within the agreed time frame.
- Provide proactive technical support to prevent errors from re-occurring.
- Follow up and keep all people concerned about the progress of incidents/cases.
- Escalate to the next level of support where necessary
- To perform any other adhocs duties as assigned.
- To assist and support the IT department.
- To assist and support the admin department.

Education Required
Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
