**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
To be a part of a team of service desk agent which acts as the single point of contact for users for all IT Incidents and Service Request for Supporting Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, Vietnam & Taiwan.

Provision of Level 1 Service Desk to handle call and other alternative channels for all incoming request for IT support and resolve network hardware and software issue within Level 1 scope of work

WORKING HOURS : Monday to Friday, 6.00 am to 6.00 pm (2 shift interval) + OT for 5am + (8GMT) during Australia Daylight savings

Work Location : Menara TM Annexe 1, Bangsar

**Requirements**:
1. Fresh Graduate Diploma/Degree. Preferably in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field

2. Good communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia (speaking & writing).

3. Basic computer knowledge (operating computer, MS Office Skills).

4. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers.

5. Demonstrate patience and ability to resolve customer concerns. (ie. project a “Smiling” voice & active listening skills)

7. Typing skills 25 wpm with 85% accuracy.

BASIC: RM2200 TO RM2300

Allowance:
2.Transport Allowance: Entitled (for shifts starting at 6:00 AM) Transport allowance (RM7.69/day) - 10pm & beyond - RM200 Max (Monthly)

3. Shift allowance (RM60 per month)

4. Perfect Attendance allowance RM150

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
