Data Annotator

**About the Project**:
Join our team of annotators working on an impactful **AI project focused on waste recognition and sustainability**.
You’ll help train cutting-edge machine learning models by identifying, labelling, and classifying waste materials in images. Your work will directly contribute to developing automated systems that support a cleaner and more efficient environment.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience with **bounding box** and **image classification** annotation types is **required**

- Strong **attention to visual detail** and pattern recognition
- Excellent **English proficiency** (reading, writing, and communication)
- Comfortable performing **structured and repetitive** visual tasks with consistency
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- **Hungry to learn**, open to feedback, and not afraid to **ask questions** to improve
- **Able to work well in a team** and communicate clearly with project members
- Familiar with using web-based tools and Google Workspace (Google Workspace, online task tools, etc.)
- Able to commit **at least 6 hours per day**

**Key Responsibilities**

- Accurately annotate images using **bounding boxes** and **classification labels** for various waste types
- Follow detailed annotation guidelines and maintain **accuracy of at least 95%**
- Communicate and collaborate with the project team to clarify ambiguous cases and improve instructions
- Complete assigned tasks on schedule and ensure high-quality dataset delivery
- Participate in training modules to strengthen your annotation and quality assurance skills

**Selection Process**:

- **Pre-assessment**: You will complete a short test to check your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- **Onboarding**: Only those who meet the required quality during training will move on to the main project.

This process helps us find annotators who can work accurately and reliably. Those who qualify will have steady project opportunities, chances to earn regularly, and grow their skills over time.
