**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and process daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, invoices and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding balances.
- Reconcile petty cash and accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist with monthly closing.
- Monitor and track inventory.
- Maintain organized files for financial documents and records.
- Assist in preparation for audits and tax submissions.
- Other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. AutoCount).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Hours**:

- Every Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Every Saturday 9am - 1pm
