Reporting directly to the Head of Product in HQ and to the Country Managing Director of Malaysia, collaborate with product team in HQ to support the success of companies business objectives.

You will be responsible for the overall product vision, roadmap and delivery. You will be leading the entire product lifecycle, from the identification of customer needs and product definition through development, launch, analytics and continuous improvements.

This is a cross-functional role where you will work closely with all functions, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Operations among others.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the product roadmap and communicate the delivery plan and progress to stakeholders together with manage the expectation throughout the project life cycle
- Drive the product development from requirement, design, solution, development and post evaluate launched product.
- Continually prioritize projects from various inputs, balancing customer feedback, business needs and technology capabilities
- Collaborate with Engineering on timelines and scope of product priorities
- Define quantitative and qualitative success metrics and constantly evaluate results
- Monitor and analyze data related to the performance of the products / services and how the customers interact with them for further improvement of customer experience.
- Develop processes and documentation to communicate both internal and external stakeholders on product features
- Driver User Experience Research
- Provide Product Thought leadership internally and externally

**Your Skills**
- 5 years+ of experience in Product Management in a growth stage company / start up.
- Strong product analytical background
- You have a unique understanding of how technology can solve problems for the under-banked population.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and leadership experience.
- You are a hand-on problem solver, are highly adaptable and thrive in a rapidly-changing, complex environment.
- You have a strong grasp of what constitutes an intuitive User Experience and at the same time you are highly analytical and make decisions based on user testing and research.
- Experience in the Fintech space or core financial services areas is a huge plus.
- Fluent in English
