**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Construction site working experience in project is an advantage.
- Knowledge in MS office
- Good organization and multi tasking skils.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To control all documents and drawings at site office.
- To answer site phone, fax, paperwork, helping print of copy any report, documents, delivery order etc.
- To provide admin duties and clerical support to site personnel.
- Liaise closely with main office staff for the procurement of necessary materials.
- To compile, record, photostat, file and send back all the Delivery Order (DO) and other related document to HQ at least once a week.
- To prepare for site meeting including photostat and distribute the minutes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
