**Job Summary**:
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented interns to support our Production Department. This internship is ideal for any Science-related field students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in production process, ISO Quality Control & SOP documentation, Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) development and SAP system understanding. Interns will play a key role in assisting the improvement of clarity and efficiency in production workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Process Documentation**
- Assist in developing detailed instructions and flowcharts for production processes.
- Ensure documentation is clear and easy to follow for manual workers.

**2. Visual Content Integration**
- Capture and edit photos/videos of production steps.
- Embed visuals into manuals and flowcharts to enhance understanding.

**3. ISO SOP Guidelines**
- Support the creation of guidelines aligned with ISO standards.
- Help ensure documentation meets quality and compliance requirements.

**4. SAP System Familiarization**
- Learn the basics of SAP used in production operations.
- Assist in data entry, tracking, and reporting tasks.

**5. Documentation & Filing**
- Help organize and label folders for easy access and reference.
- Maintain proper documentation practices.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in **Engineering or other Science-related fields**(e.g., Mechanical, Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology, Environmental Science).
- Available to start **immediately**.
- Able to commit to a **minimum of 3-6 months** internship.
- Proficient in **Microsoft PowerPoint** and other documentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
