**Company**:Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad** POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY**
- The Compliance Executive performs a supporting role in regulatory advisory, regulatory risk management, and training as well as executing compliance monitoring activities and work closely with internal and external parties. i.e Quality Management System Division, Planning Development, Standard & Safety (PDSS) Division, AFRS Division & AVSEC Division, Engineering Division, Occupational Safety & Health Unit, SIRIM, Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) and Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM).

**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS**- Act as compliance liaison on any MASB's policies and guidelines and facilitate communication with all related stakeholders. i.e Airlines, Ground Handlers, Regulators, Contractors and etc.
- To facilitate execution, maintenance and continual improvement of the overall integrated management systems, ISO standards and aerodrome compliance for Sabah Region.
- To conduct and monitor periodic review, assessment, surveillance and/or adhoc audits on all certified processes and systems for Sabah Region.
- To oversee the overall Integrated Management System which includes QMS, EMS, OHSAS and others.
- To compile and summarize audit reports, track corrective actions/ preventive measure and analyse audit data for management reporting system as well as update for management meeting.
- To assist the Head of Operations for Sabah Region in reviewing and update regulatory documentation. i.e. Aerodrome Manual, SMS Manual, AWHMP, ADARP
- To close findings/NCR audit from CAAM/Internal Audit/Certification Body and follow-up with airports.
- To identify potential and preventive risk regarding Risk assessment/ HIRARC/ HIRADC/ Aspect & Impact Assessment
- To facilitate Aerodrome Certification, Aerodrome Safety Management System and ensure airports comply to Standard and Recommended Practices ( SARPs ) according to ICAO and regulators' Civil Aviation Authority Malaysia (CAAM), and Malaysian Aviation Commission(MAVCOM)] requirements.
- To ensures that all activities follow regulatory requirements related to governance of the organization.
- Supporting the Senior Airport Manager and Compliance Manager in the day-to-day operations.
- To facilitate meeting or consultation session with airports
- Any other matters as directed by the management.-

- Streamline the reporting process between headquarters and MASB airports
- Ensuring the NCR finding is closed within targeted date
- Effective communication with all airports in Sabah Region
- Keeping up with new and evolving regulatory landscapes-
- **Skills**:

- Posses Good Communication, interpersonal and consultative skill
- Good Supervisory skill
- Ability to analyze data and provide related recommendation
- Good in written and spoken of Bahasa Malaysia and English, and must be computer literate.
- Customer service oriented with pleasant personality.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Posses analytical & Critical Thinking. Attentive to details and possesses investigate nature.
- Knowledge of legislative aspects/Regulatory-
- **Education**:

- **External**- Degree in Engineering (Civil or Electrical) /Aviation Management /Occupational Safety & Health / Quality Management or any equivalent-
- **Relevant Industries**:

- **External**- Degree with 2 years of relevant working experience in a Supervisory role-
