About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced License Executive to join our team at SURIA DAN SONNE SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Sepang, Selangor. As the License Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as managing the acquisition and renewal of various licenses required for our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that impact the company's operations
  2. Identifying the licenses required for the company's activities and ensuring they are obtained and renewed in a timely manner
  3. Liaising with government agencies and authorities to process license applications and renewals
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the company's licenses
  5. Providing guidance and support to other departments on license-related matters
  6. Assisting with the implementation of compliance policies and procedures
  7. Identifying and mitigating any potential compliance risks

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar license or compliance-related role, preferably within the Administrative & Office Support industry
  2. Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  6. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
