Primary Role of Post:

Support the Manager in executing and enhancing People & Culture functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle, expatriate services, training, engagement, compliance, and office administration.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Talent and & Lifecycle Management


• Lead and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including:

i. Talent acquisition (recruitment and internship placements)

ii. Talent integration (onboarding)

iii. Performance management

iv. Separation (resignations)


• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data through efficient recordkeeping and PC documentation practices by maintaining and optimizing the People & Culture folder, enhancing data integrity, reporting and overall PC process efficiency.

2. Policy and Compliance


• Assist in developing and enforcing PC policies.


• Support audits and monitor legal and immigration updates.

3. Expatriate Services


• Manage visa applications, renewals, and liaison with immigration authorities.


• Ensure compliance with expatriate regulations.

4. Training & Development


• Conduct training needs analysis, coordinate programs and evaluate outcomes.

5. Employee Engagement


• Organize cultural and team-building activities.


• Develop internal communications and morale-boosting initiatives.

HR Systems and Benefits


• Administer employee benefits programs including leave, claims and insurance.

7. Office Administration


• Oversee office operations, including supplies, maintenance, licenses, travel, and events, to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

8. General Tasks


• Execute special tasks and projects as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in the consulting firm is a plus
