Responsibilities

  • Prepare Monthly reconciliation and simple management report (AP)

  • Managing Account payble

  • Updating day to day accounting data under system.

  • Prepare document for the company auditors to audit the year end accounts.

  • Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts.

  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing.

  • Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, strong spreadsheet skills (Excel essential) and good knowledge of Word, Accounting Software (SQL)

  • Meticulous, analytical and detail oriented.

  • Good working attitude, willingness to learn, and a good sense of responsibility.

  • Self-motivated with high degree of integrity and able to work independently.

  • Reporting to Senior Account.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CPA (Preferred)
