Business Analyst, Epension

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand business objectives and rationales behind high-level business features, analyze and translate them into detailed user specifications of projects.
- Coordinate with users in the integration and testing of new enhancements and bug fixes.
- Prepare functional requirement document and change request.
- Identify and document software defects and issues.
- Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and improve system performance.
- Conduct manual testing when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Participate in the design and implementation of testing processes and procedures.
- Maintain and update testing documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment a plus.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience in manual software testing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to multi-task and manage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking internal or external parties.
- Willing to work during local Public Holiday.
