Your new role
As the Regional Supply Chain Director, you will be leading the strategic supply chain planning and optimisation across multiple sites in Asia Pacific. Whilst managing various top level international stakeholders, you will be leading the procurement, category management, logistics and inventory planning areas to ensure day-to-day success and sustainability of the function. You will need to be able to identify the gaps in the function, create opportunities and ensure development and optimisation of the supply chain network in the region. Apart from that, you will also need to demonstrate strong hands-on capabilities in building strong supplier network and integrating the activities in the region besides being able to utilise data and analytics for continuous improvement and innovation.

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience including more than 10 years of people management in a multinational environment
- Proven track record as a people leader with strong experience in the manufacturing / engineering related environment
