**Your new company**

You will be joining a listed manufacturing company who is also market-leading supplier in its industry. They are looking for an experienced supply chain leader to lead their supply chain operations based in Selangor.

**Your new role**

You will be leading two major supply chain functions consisting of procurement and planning. You will be in charge of the total plant planning and control to achieve all KPI target (OTD, Production, shipment, etc). You will also be managing inventory in term of demand and supply. You will be spearheading initiatives to reduce production lead time, hence reducing inventory and costs.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a similar manufacturing background will lead you to success, as will:

- Leadership experience in production planning & procurement from manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding in end-to-end supply chain process.
- ERP experience in MS Dynamics will be an added advantage.
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering (Others), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
