The Colgate Management Trainee Program (MTP) is an 18-24 months development program designed for high potential young graduates, equipping you with the core competencies and leadership skills needed for you to chart your way to an exciting career with us.

The Supply Chain Management Trainee Program will provide the incumbent first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations within the Supply Chain function, namely Demand Planning, Operations, Engineering, Network Operations, Quality, Packaging & Safety.

Are you the one we're looking for?

Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.2 or equivalent in Industrial Engineering / Materials & Manufacturing Engineering / Manufacturing Management / Engineering Technology in Manufacturing System / Sciences

Fresh graduate or those with less than 1-year full-time working experience are welcome to apply

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Strong leadership & co-curricular track record

Eager to learn & willing to take challenges

Able to start in Q January 2021 onwards)
