**Position Overview**

This internship provides comprehensive exposure to business operations across multiple departments, offering hands-on experience in operations management, accounting processes, and IT support. The role is designed to develop foundational skills while contributing meaningfully to daily business activities.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Assist with daily operational activities and administrative duties
- Support inventory management and procurement processes
- Help coordinate between different departments and external vendors
- Maintain filing systems and organize operational documentation
- Assist in preparing operational reports
- Observe and document current business processes
- Assist in invoice processing and payment preparations
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Provide first-level IT support to staff members
- Support system backups and basic maintenance tasks
- Assist with website updates and content management
- Support digital marketing tools and platform management

**Learning Objectives**

By the end of this internship, the intern will have gained:

- Understanding of business operations across multiple functions
- Basic accounting principles and financial management skills

**Required Qualifications**

**Educational Background**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed diploma/degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong academic performance with relevant coursework

**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of database management and data entry

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
