**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and administers testing and marking theory and practical modules.
- Teach students in various levels of skill in Certificates following JPK qualification framework.
- Develop continuous Written Instructional Materials (WIM) and assessment tools.
- Conduct counseling and manage of student discipline.
- Conduct coaching and remedial training to increase students passing rate and performance.
- Conduct practical training at the workshop.
- Conduct monitoring visit at industry workplace to assess student's on-job-training performance.
