IT Communication & Knowledge

In your new role you will:

- Support internal communication and knowledge sharing for IT with a focus on Greater China and in close cooperation with CK team colleagues.
- Organize and moderate internal IT knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support in video creation and post-production.
- Collect, analyze, and follow up on participants’ feedback and do reporting of sessions.
- Motivate IT colleagues to contribute to knowledge-sharing activities and prepare them for presentations.
- Write engaging articles and postings for internal IT communication.
- Promote and maintain IT communication channels to IT organizations in APAC, Greater China, and Japan region and activate the IT community to contribute their content.
- Build a strong network with IT and other communication and training departments in the region.
- Coach and consult on efficient communication and knowledge sharing in the region.Collaborate intensely with team members in Singapore and Germany.

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication / Marketing / or any equivalent course.
- Excellent command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken.Strong self-driven and proactive personality, intercultural experience is a plus.
