**Responsibilities**:

- Accept customer online consultation, record customer consultation and customer opinions, and give customer feedback according to the corresponding process.
- Ability to identify and resolve customer needs and comments in a timely manner, record and report.
- Provide customers with accurate solutions and information, solve customer problems, and provide quality services.
- Share information with colleagues or supervisors to build knowledge and provide evidence.
- Share positive and negative lessons with colleagues.
**Job Requirements**:

- Need to be able to travel and work in Dubai, UAE.
- Educational requirements (junior high school/vocational high school or above)
- Must be able to speak Chinese and English is preferred
- Working hours: 12 hours, 5 in the morning - 5 in the evening (2 and a half hours at noon)
- Age requirements are over 21 (must be over 21 years old)
- Strong team spirit, conscientious and responsible, patient in work, able to quickly adapt to the working environment, obey leadership and management.
**Sales salary**:

- 5000AED-8000AED basic salary + bonus
- The local royal family company is legal, does not hold passports, applies for work visas, and works with people from different countries in the world.

**Benefits**:

- Employment Visa duration of 3 years, provided by the company that covers a cost of AED 6000.
