+ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the online sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize training sessions to improve sales and communication skills.
  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage online campaigns across social media, email marketing, and paid advertisements (Google, Meta, etc.).
  • Identify new online market opportunities to increase customer acquisition.
  • Monitor team performance using CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Analyse sales data and conversion rates to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and improvement plans.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to enhance the customer journey.
  • Stay updated with current online marketing trends and technologies.
  • Recommend innovative tools or approaches to improve sales productivity.

+ Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in online sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Experience in leading a team and driving sales performance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Ads and CRM systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.

+ Remuneration

  • Basic salary starting RM4,000 and above depending on experience.
  • Commission and performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
