Job description:

  • Menjalankan aktiviti jualan secara online Chat atau Live Sales di platform media sosial Syarikat.
  • Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan secara Online melalui WhatsApp, Panggilan telefon dan media sosial Syarikat.
  • Memberi maklumat mengenai produk atau perkhidmatan syarikat, termasuk ciri, manfaat, dan harga
  • Mencapai matlamat sasaran jualan yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Memastikan pesanan pelanggan diproses dengan betul dan dihantar tepat pada waktunya.
  • Mengendalikan sebarang isu yang berkaitan dengan pesanan, seperti penghantaran yang tertunda atau produk yang hilang.
  • Menyelesaikan aduan atau masalah pelanggan dengan cekap dan profesional.
  • Memberikan sokongan selepas jualan, seperti panduan penggunaan produk dan perkhidmatan warranty.
  • Membantu dalam kempen pemasaran dalam talian, termasuk menguruskan kandungan di media sosial.
  • Mengumpul maklumat mengenai maklum balas pelanggan dan corak pembelian.
  • Menganalisis data untuk mengenal pasti peluang untuk peningkatan perkhidmatan dan produk.
  • Melakukan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh Penyelia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
