Sales Assistant (Online / Call-Based)

Your main role is to handle sales through calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries — helping potential members understand our programs and guiding them to join the right plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact new leads via calls, WhatsApp, or online messages.
  • Explain gym programs, class schedules, and membership packages.
  • Assist customers in choosing suitable training options based on their goals.
  • Book consultation appointments for potential members to meet coaches.
  • Update and maintain sales records and follow-up notes.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide friendly, professional communication and after-sales follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the on-site sales and marketing teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and phone-handling skills (English & Malay).
  • Confident, motivated, and results-driven.
  • Experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Interest in fitness or martial arts is a plus.
  • Able to work evenings or weekends when required.
  • Work is mainly online or remote (no walk-in sales required).

Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you'll take a more strategic role — focusing on achieving sales goals, managing leads, and supporting the growth of multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full sales process from inquiry to closing.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Track and analyze sales performance and conversion rates.
  • Manage and guide Sales Assistants to improve results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members and corporate clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Participate in community events, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (fitness industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  • Willing to work evenings/weekends as needed.
  • Interest in fitness or martial arts is an advantage.
