ONLINE CLASS ADMINISTRATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:

1. Online Class Operations & Scheduling

  • Oversee the scheduling of online classes, ensuring all sessions run smoothly and on time.
  • Coordinate with tutors and students to manage any scheduling conflicts or adjustments.
  • Ensure that all Zoom sessions are set up correctly and function smoothly before each class.

2. Technical & Administrative Support

  • Provide basic troubleshooting assistance for students and tutors experiencing technical difficulties during classes.
  • Manage and distribute digital learning materials such as worksheets, notes, and recorded sessions.
  • Ensure that tutors have the necessary resources and access to teaching tools for their sessions.

3. Attendance & Engagement Monitoring

  • Track student attendance and participation across all online classes.
  • Generate attendance reports, provide student attendance details to person in charge by weekly and escalate concerns regarding frequent absences or low participation.
  • Monitor class interactions to ensure a conducive learning environment.
  • Monitor the payment of students and take action by removing them from the Whatsapp Group if they have not made the payment.

4. Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between students, parents, and tutors, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding class operations, student attendance, and any issues requiring attention.
  • Ensure all participants are informed about any changes in class schedules or policies.

5. System & Data Management

  • Maintain an organized record of class schedules, attendance logs, and student performance data.
  • Assist in optimizing online class systems and processes for better efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing the online learning experience.
  • Keep all classes recording updated in Google Drive

6. Cash Sales Receipt

  • Handle the administrative task of issuing Cash Sales receipts for online students. This involves accurately documenting payments received for online classes and maintaining records in accordance with organizational procedures.
  • Fully in change on collection of online tuition fees in accordance to the fees structure provided

7. Other

  • Assist with student recruitment and marketing activities of the tuition centre
  • Assist Marketing Team in handling KaZoom Website and Portal

REQUIREMENTS:

Education SPM, Certificates, Diploma in Administration and related field

Experience · Candidates must possess at least SPM, Certificates, Diploma or a minimum of 1 year experience in related field.

KSA's (Knowledge,Skills & Ability)

Ability to communicate effectively.

Possess basic marketing skills to facilitate the closure of deals relating to student enrollments.

Basic computer skills in word processing and spread sheets.

Able to work with minimum supervision.

Must possess positive attitude towards work.

Reliable, dependable and trustworthy.

Diplomatic and have the passion in serving customers (parent/student).

Job Types: Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
