POSITION:
Administrative Assistant Executive - Kuala Lumpur

- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess good command of written and spoken Malay & English
- Sense of ownership and takes pride in responsibility.
- Able to work independently with mínimal of supervision.
- Positive working attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required Skill: Microsoft office, Excel, PDF Acrobat.
- Preferable speak and written in Malay & English
- Friendly and easy to mingle with colleagues and contribute to a happy working environment.
JOB SCOPE:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders, when necessary, Registered new vendor registrations for company
- Coordinate tender and quotation submission for mandatory and financial, always look for the latest tenders advertised on websites or newspapers
- Support staff members with various administrative tasks as needed
- To execute ad-hoc duties when required.
QUALIFICATION:
Fresh graduate or Diploma in Administration
EXPERIENCE:
6 Months - 1 year in Admin duties
WORKING HOURS:
Monday - Friday = 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday = 8.30am to 12.30pm
SALARY:
MYR 1,800 - MYR 2,200
WORKING LOCATION:
Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur
BENEFIT:
Transportation Allowance, medical allowance provided, kwsp, socso and yearly bonus.
WORKING HOURS:
Monday - Friday = 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday = 8.30am to 12.30pm
WORK LOCATION:
Desa Sri Hartamas, KL
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
