**Responsibilities**:
- To attend customer enquiries and follow up with customer’s order status.
- Creating & processing orders in a timely manner.
- Reviewing customer pending order & customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handling all the clerical work such as data entry, filling, photocopy and etc.
- To provide administration support for Sales & Marketing teams.
- To perform duties assigned from time to time.
