Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on orders, and resolve service issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately in the Epicor system.
  • Coordinate deliveries and communicate with customers, logistics, and finance on payments and credit matters.
  • Maintain organized documentation of sales records, contracts, and correspondence while providing administrative support.
  • Prepare sales reports and data analyses to assist management in decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh grads are welcomed to apply).
  • Up to 1 year experience in sales support, customer service, or admin is a plus point.
  • Proficient in ERP (Epicor is a plus) & Microsoft Office.
  • Organized, responsible, and quick to learn.
  • Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
