**Position Title: Platform Deepwater Execution Lead**

**Work Based: Onshore based - Miri**

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- To manage interfacing of operations and construction work for offshore scope
- To lead engagement, reporting, resolution of operations-maintenance (asset) challenges
- Ensure that operations (including start-up) aspects, are addressed during offshore construction.
- To authorise Permit to Work during execution.
- Manage site SIMOPS type activities, conducting risk assessment/HAZID and preparation of required documentation to conduct these activities in tandem safely
- To provide support for Site Technical Query, Site Technical Deviation, and any related construction technical issues with relevant Company personnel for resolution with Contractor
- To provide leadership and lead by example in on-site HSE and Quality aspect
- To work closely with Company’s Site Team, and understand performance, issues and resolution proposals.
- Responsible to assist in providing input for Daily Meeting, Weekly Meeting and Monthly Meetings as requested by Lead Engineer. This includes review and summarizing key issues, look forward plan and alternative scenarios to address issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Dynamic and self-driven individual with tertiary education (HNC level, Diploma or higher) in engineering or related disciplines relevant to the petroleum oil and gas industry, with extensive experience in production and/or maintenance operations.
- BTEC Level 4 Advanced Diploma in OIM Competency
- Certified Competent in Managing Major Emergencies (MME) and has been at least a Site Emergency Controller (SEC) ability in managing emergencies with Incident Management Team
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be a Permit to Work Management with Authorizer role
- Must hold a valid Helideck Standard Course (HSC) in accordance to CAD 1406- Helidecks Standards and Requirements

**Working Experience**:

- Minimum 20 years experience in offshore Oil & Gas sector, with specific focus on offshore facilities operations and maintanance, and interfacing with construction
- Experience in managing interface between project construction and operation-maintanance requirements
- Experience in supporting project schedule and cost
- Experience in supporting the different trades in construction (eg. Structural, Welding, NDE, Coating etc) and have the ability to contribute to the Site Team
- Experience in managing various level of working group and stakeholders, including Government Agencies and Regulators

**Other requirements**:

- Experience as an Offshore Installation Manager, with an international oil and gas operator
- Managing major emergency training or experience

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
