So what's the **Creative Social Media Manager **going to do?

We want your help to champion Synkd globally and create content that excites potentials users to take us to the next level

As a business we practise international cultural values including openness, no gender or cultural divides as everyone should rewarded on ability and quality of output.

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone to come with an entrepreneurial spirit to help shape the next Microsoft or Google of the world, with an amazing 'can do' approach and a sense of 'calm’ and ‘fun' during the busy times - of which there are many.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Become a champion of Synkd and promote its benefits globally
- PR the Synkd brand globally
- Create and implement a global marketing plan to drive subscriptions
- Develop relevant content targeting Small & Medium sized businesses around the globe
- Oversee Social media presence
- Implement a search strategy
- Support larger client pitches

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- At least 3 years digital marketing and PR experience
- At least 3 year Search and Social media experience
- A good knowledge of the digital media industry inc. Media planning and buying
- Understanding of Programmatic channels including DV360
- Worked with third party tracking companies like Forensic, Moat etc
- Highly numerate and results driven with a high attention to detail
- Feel comfortable speaking with Publisher contacts
- A proven track record in implementing pan regional digital campaigns that deliver results
- High level proficiency with Excel
- Comfortable with Adobe Creative Studio
- Outstanding English and a clear communicator. Mandarin is a bonus.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Resilient & able to function under pressure and deliver high standards under tight deadlines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 3 years (preferred)
- adobe creative suite: 1 year (preferred)
- teaching english: 1 year (preferred)
- social content: 1 year (preferred)
- Google AdWords: 1 year (preferred)
- SEO: 1 year (preferred)
- DV360: 3 years (preferred)
