Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Support HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate HR records and databases.
- Participate in the organization of HR employee engagement activities.
Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
