We are looking for a qualified and resourceful HR Executive / Senior Executive to administer all human resources operations. The ideal candidate must have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He / She will be able to work independently and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. The goal is to ensure the HR operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the company.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
● Bridge management and employee relations by addressing requests, grievances, or other issues.
● Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
● Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
● Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that rewards employees based on merit.
● Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
● Report to management and provides decision support through HR data analytics.
● Nurture a positive working environment.
● Administer monthly & annual compensation, bonuses and benefits.
● Administer & maintain the running of the company's Sports Club activities.
● Assist HODs in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
● Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
● Handle employee disciplinary issues in a professional and unbiased manner.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 3 years working experience as an HR executive or other HR position.
● Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, conflict resolution etc.)
● Good understanding of employment laws and disciplinary procedures.
● Proficient in MS Office.
● Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
● Strong ethics and reliability.
Basic degree in human resources, business administration, social studies or relevant field.
