**Job Title**: Barista / Kitchen Crew
**Location**: BigNuts Cafe, 1-11 Arena Curve, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang.

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time

**About Us**:
BigNuts Cafe is a New Growing Healthy Cafe known for Specialty coffee, Healthy food, and excellent service. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Barista and Kitchen Crew to join our growing team.

**Barista Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, Smoothie, Frappe and specialty beverages
- Operate espresso machines and other café equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area
- Handle cash and operate POS system
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Upselling and CrossSelling

**Barista Qualifications**:

- Previous barista or café experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food handler’s certification (preferred but not required)

**Kitchen Crew Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation (sandwiches, salads and Mise En Plus)
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Wash utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with inventory and restocking supplies
- Support Chef and other team members as needed

**Kitchen Crew Qualifications**:

- Kitchen or food service experience preferred (but not required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours
- Reliable and punctual
