**Position: Assistant Manager, Accounts (Group Reporting & Consolidation)**
- **Job Summary**:_

Responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of an organization’s fixed assets and ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and strategic utilization.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**1. Group Reporting and Consolidation**:

- Review and ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports across Segi Fresh and its associated entities.
- Handle preparation of consolidation of financial statements for Segi Fresh and its subsidiaries/joint ventures in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards.
- Analyze consolidated financial data, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports for senior management to make strategic decision making.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to auditors, regulators, bankers and investors.

**2. Financial Reporting and Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial reporting requirements.
- Support the external audit process by preparing group audit schedules and liaising with external auditors.
- Maintain proper documentation for consolidation and reporting processes. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial reporting requirements.

**3. Analysis & Review**
- Perform variance analysis and provide explanations on consolidated results, whenever required.
- Review subsidiaries’ financial statements for alignment with group policies and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, board presentations, and ad hoc analysis.

**4. Process Improvement**
- Support the enhancement of consolidation and reporting processes, including automation initiatives and implementation of financial systems (e.g., ERP or consolidation software).
- Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consolidation activities.
- Identify areas for improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

**5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Provide guidance and support to finance teams in subsidiaries on accounting and consolidation matters.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams Segi Fresh, its subsidiaries and associated entities to ensure the integrity and alignment of financial data.
- Assist senior management by providing accurate and insightful financial reports that help inform strategic decisions for Segi Fresh and its joint ventures.

**6. Ad-hoc Projects**:

- Oversee and support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by Management.

**7. Perform any other tasks as assigned. Able to step in and take an active role when the situation demands.**
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles.
- Experience with asset management software or ERP (eg. SAP) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and internal controls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
