**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, customize, and enhance CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Design and implement **SSIS packages** for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Ensure **data integrity, migration, and transformation** between CRM and other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **CRM performance and data issues**.
- Automate workflows and business processes within CRM.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide business insights using CRM tools.
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed in CRM development.
- Provide support, documentation, and training for CRM users.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **4+ years of experience** in CRM development (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms).
- Strong experience with **SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)** for data integration.
- Proficiency in **C#,.NET, JavaScript, and Power Automate** (for Microsoft CRM).
- Strong SQL skills for writing **queries, stored procedures, and database management**.
- Hands-on experience with **CRM customization, workflows, plugins, and business rules**.
- Knowledge of **REST/SOAP APIs for CRM integration**.
- Experience in **data migration, transformation, and validation**.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business stakeholders.
