About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Dynamics CRM 365 Developer
with strong hands-on expertise in
Power Automate
to design, develop, customize, and optimize CRM and workflow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, integrations, and automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
    solutions including entities, workflows, business rules, plugins, and custom integrations.
  • Build and maintain
    Power Automate (Flow)
    solutions for process automation and system integrations.
  • Develop custom components using
    C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
    as required.
  • Implement and manage
    Power Apps
    ,
    Power Pages
    , and other Power Platform tools as needed.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using
    APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
    .
  • Participate in solution architecture, requirements gathering, and technical design sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, QA, Architects, and Project Managers) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, and organizational standards.
  • Provide technical documentation, user training, and post-deployment support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience
    in
    Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
    / CRM development.
  • Strong proficiency with
    Power Automate
    , including building complex flows and integrating with third-party systems.
  • Solid understanding of
    Dynamics 365 customization
    using plugins, workflows, actions, web resources, and custom controls.
  • Experience with
    C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript
    , and related development tools.
  • Knowledge of
    Power Platform
    , including Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Dataverse.
  • Experience with
    Azure services
    : Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    REST/SOAP APIs
    , integration patterns, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Azure AD).
  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
