**Position : Campaign Management ( E-commerce)**

**Tenure: 1 year contract renewable basis**

**Working Location : Sunway Pinnacle**

**Working Hour : Standard**

**Salary : RM6500 - RM9000**

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Manage workflow optimization through automation.
- Map, plan, and coordinate activities related to workflow.
- Address workflow/queue related risks, collect feedback, and ensure continuous process improvement.
- Maintain client platform's store content (titles, descriptions, attributes, etc.) as per client specifications.
- Coordinate with clients to update product details and price points.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 3 years of E-commerce operations experience, preferably with E-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in seller center operations, SKU hygiene checks, and sales analysis.
- Familiarity with E-commerce Platforms (Marketplaces) and CMSs like SFCC, Magento, Shopify.
- Ability to maintain store content per client specifications and optimize workflows through automation.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
