**Reports To**:

- Security Senior Executive, KUL Operations

**Role Purpose**:

- Supervise, administer and perform technical, protective and investigate work on improperly documented passengers on MH and customer airlines on a day-to-day operations.

**Key Accountability**:

- Supervise and monitor staff for inspecting and verifying the authenticity of passengers travel document on MAB and Customer Airlines to prevent terrorist travelling and penalty avoidance.
- Collate and provide reports on deployment of manpower at high risk flights for the prevention of improperly documented passengers on both MH and customer airlines flights.
- Liaison with foreign embassies Airline Liaison Officer, local authorities for sharing information on travel document and distribute to security personnel and line station.
- Prepare and submit the daily denied boarding report and daily cost control report to the Head of Security and Security Managers
- Plan and monitor staff deployment and staff performance, i.e. staff daily roster / time sheet / reports etc.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Degree in any field with 1 year experience in airlines business. Experience in aviation security is advantage
- Diploma in any field with 2 years experience in airlines business. Experience in aviation security is advantage
- Ex-servicemen are encouraged to apply.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Acquire full understanding of the process and best practices of security processes and activities at operations.
- Able to operate system-wide in the investigation capacity, where diplomacy and discretion is always necessary.
- In depth knowledge of airlines industry knowledge required to be able to ascertain what impacts MAS and the industry its in and thus, how to think ahead of what could impact Aviation Services and its brand.

**Key Challenges**:

- Understand various stakeholders functions and requirements.
- Managing security breach, its preventive activities in current and future types of threats to the business and the consequences of digital evolution.
