We are seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Coordinator to support our company's daily operations. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Company by:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive support for sales processes, including documentation and general administrative tasks.
- Conduct searches using Google and other search engines.
- Compile and present research findings in an organized and professional manner.
- Ensure all data collected is accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform general clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
- Collaborate with the team members to achieve operational goals and improve productivity.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficient in using Google and other search engines.
- Strong ability to present research findings tidily and clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage work pressure effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to organize and interpret data efficiently.
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
