With a strong market presence and continuous business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the construction machinery market.
- Lead and manage the sales team, provide training and coaching to improve team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report back to the company for strategic decision - making.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of sales experience in the construction machinery industry, with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and lead a high - performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Familiar with the construction machinery market in Malaysia, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

**Salary Range: RM2500-RM10000, for basic; additional RM1500 for fixed transportation allowance.**

**Location: Kempas, Johor.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
