Job description:
**Job Title : Retail Outlet Team Leader (Full-Time)**

**Location : Toppen JB**

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee daily shop operations.
- Plan and organize staff shift schedules.
- Supervise and motivate retail team members.
- Ensure sales targets and shop KPIs are achieved.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service quality.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and updates to management.

**Working Hours**
- **Shift 1**: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- **Shift 2**: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- (Includes a 1-hour break)_

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or team leader role preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and customer-oriented.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
