About the Role

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales (Luxury Watches) to join our team in delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience. If you have a strong drive for sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with high-end products, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and create a memorable luxury experience for every customer.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
  • Maintain the highest standards of store presentation and product knowledge.
  • Represent the brand professionally and confidently as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese language.
  • Driven, confident, and well-presented.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours.
  • Open to Malaysians who are keen to work in Singapore (work pass support available).
