About the role

As a Sales Assistant at SEASON RETAIL MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD.', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail locations in Johor Bahru, Kota Tinggi, and Ulu Tiram. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for driven individuals who are passionate about sales and creating memorable customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Demonstrating and explaining product features to customers
  3. Processing sales transactions and providing exceptional customer service
  4. Maintaining product displays and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organised
  5. Actively participating in sales-related training and development programs
  6. Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets

  1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide informative and persuasive product recommendations
  4. A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-centric attitude
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
