  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and suggesting complementary items.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about all products, promotions, and in-store offers to confidently assist customers.
  • Guide customers through the entire purchase process, from product selection to checkout.
  • Accurately handle cash, credit, and digital transactions using the POS system.
  • Support the store in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor that enhances the shopping experience.
  • Replenish stock, ensure proper product placement, and uphold merchandising standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory to the Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide feedback and ideas to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated to achieve sales goals.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Basic math and POS system operation skills.
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
  • Language proficiency:
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
