**Job Description**:
The Supply Chain Analyst function works on the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis. The position requires excellent attention to detail, an in-depth understanding of the delivery process, and exceptional analytics skills. The associate uses wide interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from different departments and consolidate within the Supply Chain function to recommend ways of improving the supply chain. Supply Chain Analyst works closely with Supply Chain Controller in ensuring delivering necessary weekly, monthly report as well as taking the lead role as regional business process owner for Order to Cash (RBPO OTC). The associates ensure optimal alignment between inventory positioning, goods flow management, and customer service processes at a regional level, leading to efficiency, flexibility considering costs, working capital, quality levels, service levels, and security of supply processes.
- Design, develop and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data. Track relevant KPIs progress on supply chain improvement.
- Collect data on supply chain operations and analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
- Review procedures and processes across the entire supply chain to determine optimization opportunities.
- Measure supply chain performance and report to management based on daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Lead the execution of a regional strategy with Global BPO Order to Cash support, direction for an end-to-end process including associated policies and technologies (i.e. SAP).
- Review end-to-end process performance and provide ongoing governance for process adoption and business demand. Documented process governance through monthly and weekly workstream meeting.
- Create a prioritized pipeline of process related improvements and opportunities.
- Provide expertise based on previous experience with technical assistance, business process analysis, change management, and other performance improvement to users.

**Qualifications**:
University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.

MBA/MSc is preferred.
**Must have**:

- Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain, preferably with Order to Cash functional knowledge.
- Understanding of workflow processes and experience in managing data flows with internal stakeholders preferred.
- SAP ECC knowledge preferred.
- Experience of working in a cross-boundary/multi-cultural environment, with a track record of developing high-performance, world-class teams.
- Experience and proximity to day-to-day supply chain operations.
