**Purpose of the Role**
You will support the daily operations of the supply chain department. The role aims to provide hands-on learning experience in various facets of supply chain management, including inventory control, material supply coordination, fleet management, and data analysis. You will work under supervision to contribute to the efficiency and optimization of supply chain processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to gather, analyze, and interpret data for reporting purposes.
- Assist in inventory control activities to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Support material supply scheduling and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Engage with suppliers to maintain healthy relationships and monitor performance.
- Aid in fleet coordination by assisting with transportation planning and tracking.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to supply chain activities.
- Foster collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time either within or out of your current scope & require you to perform accordingly.

**Requirements & Person Specifications**
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvements.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

**Reporting Lines & Supervision**
- You will report to the Supply Chain Manager or designated supervisor. Daily tasks and assignments will be overseen by a member of the supply chain who will provide guidance, feedback, and supervision throughout the internship duration.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month
