Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Supply Chain team consist of Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse & Logistics Manager with a total team size above 60
  • Formulate and implement supply chain strategies to ensure smooth, cost-efficient, and timely operations.
  • Optimize and streamline internal processes across the entire supply chain to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
  • Monitor ground operations closely, identify operational gaps, and provide strategic and hands-on guidance to drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance
  • Demonstrate a hands-on leadership style, ensuring the effective and sustainable implementation of operational improvements on the ground
  • Manage the overall supply chain budget, developing and executing cost-optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, sustainability, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Sales & Marketing, R&D, and Finance to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights to the Senior Management

Key Skills Required

  • Degree / Master Degree holder
  • 10-15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience leading multi-functional supply chain teams (department manager)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
