Key Responsibilities:


•Manage shipment flows for export and import activities, ensuring adherence to compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the shipment process.


•Coordinate closely to facilitate seamless shipment processes from factory to customer destinations.


•Track and maintain comprehensive records of shipment schedules and data, providing timely updates and information to customers.


•Monitor and analyse shipment performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.


•Prepare regular reports on shipment activities and performance metrics for management review and strategic decision-making.


•Analysing data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.


•Implementing inventory control measures and conducting regular stock audits.

Requirements:


•SPM or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.


•Minimum of at least 3 years' experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction materials industry


•Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.


•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


•Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management software.


•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.


•Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.


•Knowledge of import/export regulations and international logistics (preferred).

Working Hours and Conditions:


•This is a full-time position.


•Working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday; and 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon, alternate Saturday
