Job description:
For this position it’s under one of our subsidiary company; ASL Edu Sdn Bhd known as Tadika Khalifah Budiman (TKB) that using The Little Caliphs Program (TLCP). TLCP are the biggest Islamic Preschool Network in Malaysia. Currently we have 16 branches TKB with TLCP program.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- **THIS POSITION IS OPEN FOR MAN CANDIDATE ONLY**:

- At least 3-4 years of working experience with proven track records and 4-6 years relevant experiences in leading the operation team.
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
- Able to prepares monthly reports and adhoc logistic, inventory analysis, to the Director
- These responsibilities involve achieving the following tasks:
**PERSONALITY**
- Pragmatic with a can-do attitude, openness to give and receive feedback
- Structured and diligent work approach
- Strong leadership, solid executions with zero tolerance for SOP violation.
- Strong reporting and communication skill.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Store & Inventory**
- Monitoring in maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Monitoring in maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of store and inventory activities.

**Maintenance and Defect**
- Monitoring in developing and implementing maintenance plans for all company assets and maintaining records of all maintenance activities.
- Manage the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and evaluating staff.
- Identify and prioritize defects and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective repairs.
- Prepare reports on maintenance costs and trends.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
- Ensure the effectiveness of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)

**Government Authorities and Tenancy**
- Keep track of all tenancy-related records.
- Comply with all applicable tenancy laws and regulations.

**Asset Management**
- Developing and implementing asset management policies and procedures. This includes developing a plan for tracking, maintaining, and replacing assets, as well as setting standards for asset performance and condition.
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs. This includes identifying and prioritizing maintenance needs, as well as coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure that repairs are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitoring asset performance and condition. This includes collecting data on asset performance and condition, as well as analyzing this data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Reporting on asset management activities. This includes preparing reports on asset performance, condition, and maintenance costs.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. This includes ensuring that asset management activities are conducted in accordance with all applicable safety, environmental, and financial regulations.

**Customer Service**
- Set and monitor service standards for the customer service department.
- Manage the customer service team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Develop and implement customer service training programs.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the customer service department to other departments and to senior management.

**Procurement and Purchasing**
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet the company's needs.
- Monitor and track procurement spend to ensure that the company is getting the best value for its money.
- To assist in market Intelligence gathering (products, vendors, pricing) by seeking out specific information related to product, vendors & pricing.
- To source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers. Working towards achieving the department cost saving goal.
- Accountable for the timely execution of all tender exercises and execution of contracts inclusive of reviewing contracts.
- To assist in guiding the Team as and when required in order ensuring sourcing activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
